Warranty Form

You can register for warranty of the product, by filling following form, within 15 days of purchase of the product -

Following are the Terms & Conditions of the warranty of the product -

1. Only repair of the product is included in the warranty. If the product cant be repaired, then it will be exchanged with a new product. Please note that we dont have any return policy, we only do the repair warranty to our customers.

2. Force damage, damage due to misuse, wear and tear, user inflicted damage & infestation will not be included in the warranty.

3. To claim the warranty, customer have to show his invoice copy, & also needs to register in this page, within 15 days of the date of purchase.

4. Product warranty period is mentioned on the product page of the specific product page.

5. Copy of the invoice is mandatory at a time of claiming the warranty.

6. In case customer have purchased Sahyog Wellness product from any other seller in Amazon marketplace, then we will not be responsible to provide the warranty. 

7. To claim the warranty, person needs to send a video, photos & invoice copy in email sahyogwellness@gmail.com. If it gets approved, then customer will send the product back to us in following address - 

329 Rajdhani enclave, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034

And share courier details with us on same email id. After the team get the product, they will repair it or exchange the same, & send it back to the customer. Courier charges are nonrefundable by the company; physical damage will not cover the warranty.
